Professional Painter
We are hiring a professional Painter looking for a career change!
Goodsmith is a full-time home maintenance and repair company seeking individuals with a strong work
ethic and great attitude. This is a full-time, salaried position that will provide consistent work and weekly
pay.
Our starting hourly pay is between $25 and $28, depending on experience and fit.
We will provide:
- A fully stocked and branded company vehicle with all the tools you’ll need
- A training facility in which you can practice your trade
- Mostly indoor work (less than 20% of your time will be outside)
- Weekly pay every Friday
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Completing residential painting and small construction projects
- Complete residential drywall and texture work orders
- Completing work orders in a timely fashion
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace and vehicle
- Upholding company standards regarding cleanliness, uniform, and organization
- Communicate clearly with clients and coworkers
- 5+ years experience as a professional painter
- 2+ years experience working in single family, custom-built homes (not production or multi-family)
- Ability to complete high-end finish work
- Ability to problem solve and make complex decision on the job
- Attention to detail, including site prep, work product, and clean up
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Background check and good driving record required
