Pest Control Technician
We're a growing, family-owned pest control company in Arizona with over 10,000 satisfied customers. Our goal is to dominate the Arizona market, and we're looking for experienced pest control technicians to join us on this journey.
Pay range is $51,000 to $78,000, plus bonuses and commissions! We are also offering a $4,000 sign on bonus!
We're not a corporate or international company, and we believe in treating our employees like family. You'll also have 15-20 days off per year, plus 4 paid holidays.- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid)
- Experience in pest control, weed control, and/or termite control preferred
- Ability to safely use a ladder and access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and use an OSHA-compliant respirator
- Willingness to work in different types of weather conditions
- Company Vehicle with a Gas Card

Jordan has a background in concrete work, while Taylor's family has a long history in the automotive industry. Taylor's great grandparents were the founders of Big O Tires, and she still has family in the industry with shops throughout Mesa. Both Jordan and Taylor studied accounting in college, but they have always been drawn to hands-on work.
Jordan and Taylor started Bucksworth Services with just a Ford Focus and a dream. They wanted to create a company that was built on trust and delivered world-class service to its customers. Today, Bucksworth Services has thousands of satisfied customers and over 15 full-time employees, and Jordan and Taylor have five beautiful children. Jordan and Taylor are committed to providing top-quality services to their customers and making sure every job is done right. A Day in the Life
Bucksworth is currently hiring for HVAC Technicians, Pest Control Technicians, and Customer Service/Sales Reps. Based on your expertise, your day to day will obviously be a little different, but our primary goal is delivering the best possible service to our customers, and this is true no matter what position you join us in.
On the HVAC Side, we do:
- Air Conditioning Installs & Preventative Maintenance
- Air Duct Cleaning
- Work with Ductless Systems & Heat Pumps
- Offer a range of products for Indoor Air Quality Assurance
On Pest Control, we'll tackle any job, but you can expect to deal with:
- Ants
- Bed Bugs
- Bees
- Birds
- Centipedes
- Hornets
- Mouse
- Rats
- Roaches
- Scorpions
- Silverfish
- Snakes
- Spiders
- Termites
- Wasps
And if you are working on our Customer Service Team, you are going to support our field team by booking jobs, being the face and voice of our company to customers, and keep the operation running!
