Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant for a Mobile Mechanic. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our mobile mechanic in providing exceptional automotive repair services to our clients. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a mobile work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

- Assist with organizing and maintaining tools, equipment, and inventory.

- Manage administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.

- Assist in sourcing and ordering parts and supplies as needed.

- Accompany the mobile mechanic to job sites and provide on-site assistance.

- Help with vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs when appropriate.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the mobile unit and at the shop.

- Handle billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a mechanic or assistant role.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and software.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, as required.

- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on client demands.
