You will be a Technician at one of our luxury apartment communities, responsible for anything from a maintenance perspective out at the property: getting units ready for new residents to move-in, painting, drywall repair, and taking care of service requests/property repairs as needed.
Mon-Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm & an hour lunch break. Rotating on call schedule for nights and weekends
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and your own transportation.
- Ability to be on call
- Ability to push minimum 100 pounds [power cleaning appliances]; ability to lift minimum 50 pounds [trash and supplies]
- Ability to carry 50 pounds up 4 flights of stairs.
- Ability to climb ladder and step ladder.
