Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damage
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter or damage
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear when necessary

Skills:
- Proficient in maintaining and repairing surfaces
- Knowledge of frame carpentry and basic construction techniques
- Familiarity with hand tools used in painting and construction work
- Experience in fixture installation and masonry work is a plus
- Ability to perform construction painting tasks such as renovating and concrete finishing
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials needed for projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship

Pay: $18.14 - $21.85 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
