Reports To: Vice President for Enrollment Management

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Manager of Enrollment Operations is charged with leading and supporting the ongoing development and improvement of enrollment operations and services at Point Park University. The manager will oversee enrollment operations for all enrollment divisions at the University including traditional on-ground undergraduate and graduate programs as well as continuing and professional studies and all online programs.

The manager will lead a team of admissions operations professionals and oversee the Enrollment Support Team in so much as launching the CRM SLATE system; operations within policies, and systems: including business processes, data strategy and reporting, functional and systems-related technology, document management, and application processing.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in admissions, enrollment management, or related field, within higher education, non-profit setting or equivalent and strong professional ethics.
  • Proficiency with a CRM, required, SLATE required. This position will implement a new SLATE CRM system, currently using Salesforce.
  • Well versed in all aspects of the recruitment/enrollment cycle, familiarity with national trends and best practices in enrollment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use technology to gather, interpret, analyze, and present data to inform decision-making.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and strong team building skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent computer systems skills, including web research fluency and the ability to learn and manage various information system technologies, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to work in-person, on-campus at least three out of five workdays throughout the year.
