Job Description:

Are you a skilled and dependable handyman looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents? We are currently seeking a proactive and versatile handyman to join our team and provide exceptional services for single-family homes in our community. As a handyman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the overall quality of our residents' homes.

Responsibilities:

General Repairs: Perform various repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and other general maintenance tasks as needed.

Home Improvement Projects: Assist with home improvement projects such as remodeling, painting, flooring installation, and other upgrades.

Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems.

Appliance Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair household appliances, such as stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, and washing machines.

Landscaping Support: Provide occasional landscaping support, including lawn care, gardening, and outdoor equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role with a track record of successful repairs and home improvement projects.

Skills: Proficiency in various trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC and general maintenance.

Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within deadlines.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.

Own Tools: Possess a basic set of tools and equipment necessary for repairs and maintenance tasks.

Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
