Our Maintenance Technicians will complete work orders submitted by tenants and team members. They will maintain a good working relationship with their team and with the tenants that they interact with. Work orders will mostly be related to HVAC issues, but may also include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, roofing, as well as other tasks.

HVAC service / installation experience is required, HVAC certification is preferred.

The Maintenance Technician will:

• Inspect buildings, equipment and appliances for functionality, checking for faults and fixing them where they exist to keep all things running and functioning properly; also, make provision for replacement of old and damaged appliances
• Ensure that properties are safe and void of any danger to their occupants, visitors, and workers
• Diagnose problems with appliances and facilitate their prompt repairs for the convenience of property users
• Carry out repairs on minor problems, such as light fixtures, clogged toilets, leakages, mildew/mold remediation, hvac repairs.
• Maintain open communication with property owner, liaising with consultants and property managers for information regarding operations, renovations, and authorizations
• Clean and prepare vacated buildings and rooms, getting them ready for new occupants to move in
• Walk all building exteriors to collect trash, report violations and report issues to property manager regarding any roof/siding/fencing failure or damage.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
