Anchor Property Management is hiring for the Maintenance Technician Team!

Starting Guaranteed Salary of $40,000 - $45,000 depending on experience, plus annual bonus

Anchor Property Management provides turn key single-family property management for rental homes in the Houston Metropolitan Market. We strive to offer all of our residents a seamless rental experience with a sense of community. The Foundation of our company is built on treating our customers with honesty and integrity.

Requirements

5+ years of carpentry, handyman, or single family maintenance experience
Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a huge plus, but not required
Own standard hand and power tools
Own reliable work truck or van
