What You’ll Do:

• Perform a variety of general building and property maintenance, service, and repair services supporting multiple company owned properties.
• Perform a variety of maintenance services to include, but not limited to basic equipment repair (nuts, bolts, washers, seals, etc.), painting, caulking, wall repair, minor plumbing work, basic electrical maintenance (replacing a ballast, replacing light fixture, etc.), power washing, gutter cleaning, and more.
• Troubleshoot to identify potential root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or mechanical experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

What We are looking for:

• Comfortable performing duties from an elevated height on a ladder, lift, or roof top.
• Possess a strong understanding of the safe usage of hand and power tools.
• Able and willing to be trained on the proper and safe operation of equipment as needed (e.g., Boom Lift).
• Must be able to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 lb. regularly and occasionally up to 75 lb.
• Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
