Hilltop Refrigeration is a small company that provides maintenance, service and installations to some of the top commercial businesses in the area. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service 24 hours a day. We are looking for a motivated individual to grow with us and expand their knowledge. We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance/HVAC Technician servicing the Vancouver, WA, Portland, OR and surrounding areas.

Job Details:

Experience doing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting with all types of HVAC systems preferred. As a Technician you will perform repairs or replacements on commercial/industrial refrigeration & HVAC equipment. You will be responsible for responding to maintenance and service calls as well as installation services. You should have experience doing maintenance and troubleshooting with all types of HVAC systems, including but not limited to the following.

  • Rooftop units, Package Units, Air Handlers
  • Refrigeration Systems
  • Other HVAC Systems

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday with some evenings and early mornings. Usual start time is 7am. We do have a rotating on call schedule for evenings and weekends.

Requirements
  • Must be dependable and flexible
  • Current, valid driver's license with clean driving record (required)
  • Invest in tools used in the HVAC and Refrigeration Trade
  • Attend continuing education classes
  • Work independently
  • Obtain OSHA 10 and Universal EPA Certification
  • Obtain 06A Electric Trainee card
  • Education: High School or equivalent. HVAC/R trade school useful.
