Lead Installer/Job Coordinator

Duties:
- Oversee and manage installation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure successful project execution
- Measure and mark surfaces to prepare for installation
- Test installed systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the installation process

- Service and install HVAC system

-Order equipment and materials

-Performed take off

-Estimating

Requirements:
- 15+ yrs experience
- Must have communication skills
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Dimas, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
