Lead HVAC/R Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including boilers, air conditioning units, and refrigeration equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems to determine the root cause of problems
- Repair or replace faulty components or parts in HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of HVAC equipment
- Collaborate with other technicians and mechanics to complete larger repair projects
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

Experience:
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating units
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

This position requires a skilled HVAC technician who can effectively maintain and repair various types of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in appliance repair, property maintenance, or field service. A van driver's license is preferred as the technician may be required to travel to different locations for service calls. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
