Smart Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for driven individuals with 3+ years of experience in the role of HVAC Lead Installer based out of our Concord, CA location. Smart Heating and Air Conditioning is a premier provider of heating, cooling services in Contra Costa county and parts of Alameda county. As an HVAC Installer with Smart Heating and Air Conditioning, you will be responsible for installing new HVAC systems, ductwork, and other equipment. You will work with the Installation Manager, Project Manager and Install Coordinator to complete the installation of new units and improve the efficiency of existing systems. • High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5 years licensed driver and a clean motor vehicle report
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon acceptance of offer letter
• EPA Certification or High School Equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
• Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
• Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image with exceptional customer
