GroundSystems in Hebron, KY is looking for full-time Landscape Crew Member to be an important member of our team by helping us to provide quality landscaping services for our highly visible and respected clients.
No experience in this industry? That's ok! We value the skills you bring from all types of work: construction, warehousing, delivery services....just bring a can-do attitude and willingness to learn from the best!

What You'll Be Doing
As a Crew Member, your role is to perform quality services that include (but not limited to):
- Cleanup of properties using a backpack blower
- Bed and pavement weed control
- Pruning of shrubs
- Installation of flowers, trees, and shrubs.
As a get-it-done person, you enjoy the variety of tasks and locations that are involved in your job. You love being outside and can't imagine sitting at a desk all day.
- 18 years old or older
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, walk for long periods of time, stand, bend, and squat for up to 10 hours or more per day
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
- Prepared to work in all weather conditions, year-round
