Position Overview

The Junior Account Support Representative provides administration support of transactions/sales for Account Support Reps (ASR), and Account Managers (AM). Jr ASR’s will communicate regularly with ASR team members, individual employees, and vendors regarding open requests, open quotes, escalated orders, and at-risk projects.


  • Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
  • Enter and track opportunities, quotes, and orders in and SAP
  • Assist in preparation of proposals for customers’ needs by acquiring price quotes from vendors and maintaining business relationships.
  • Master all internal sales processes, systems, and procedures.
  • Track orders for assigned Account Support Representatives and Account Manager teams.
  • Respond dynamically to internal and external requests pertaining to quotes and orders.
  • Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.
  • Microsoft Suite experience - Outlook, Excel, Teams
  • Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
