Your day to day will include:

• Answering a queue of in-coming customer calls
• Resolving customer service issues
• Escalating calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
• De-escalating any issues calmly and professionally

• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
• Ability to eventually take and pass the GA State Structural Pest Control Exam
• Comfortable with a pre-employment drug test and background screen
