Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Alumanate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads and understanding client needs.
  • Provide product/service information and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, competitive intelligence, and best practices.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales metrics using our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Plastics distribution experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.
