Essential Duties:

  • Providing remote and on-site troubleshooting, training, and tech support to end users using a ticketing system.
  • Performing software installations and updates
  • Maintaining accurate client network documentation
  • Setting up and configuring PCs, printers, peripherals, and network equipment
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Assisting senior technicians with network deployment projects
  • Supporting Active Directory/Entra ID

Education and/or Experience:

  • A high school diploma (An associate degree from an accredited institution is preferred.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and possess excellent follow-up skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of computer application software
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID
  • Microsoft Windows Server Support
  • Microsoft/Office 365 support
  • Microsoft Office Support
  • Cisco networking and wireless experience is a plus.
  • Must be flexible and able to work overtime when required and rotating on-call weekends.
  • Must be organized and work well with constant priority changes.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A Cisco CNNA certification is a plus.
  • VMware experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
