We are looking to find a passionate and reliable HVAC Technician to join the Home Pride Construction family based in Pacifica, CA. As part of the role, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, servicing and troubleshooting a variety of heating and cooling systems. Furthermore, you will ensure the safety of our customers' premises by providing regular maintenance and upkeep. $40 - $60 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair complex HVAC systems
• Install new HVAC systems according to industry standards and codes
• Monitor the operation of temperature control systems for accuracy and take corrective action when necessary
• Follow safety regulations when working on HVAC systems and ensure compliance with all local codes and regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC installation or maintenance
• Certified HVAC technician
• Knowledge of all aspects of HVAC systems, including repairs and troubleshooting
• Proficient in reading and interpreting HVAC system plans, diagrams, and blueprints
• US Work Authorization
