We are looking for a talented and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our Home Pride Construction team in Pacifica, CA. As the HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installation, inspecting, servicing, and repairing heating and cooling units. You will also ensure the safety of our customers’ properties by providing proper maintenance and upkeep. Compensation:

$40 - $60 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex HVAC systems.
• Install new HVAC systems according to industry standards and codes.
• Monitor the operation of temperature control systems for accuracy and take corrective action when necessary.
• Follow safety regulations when working on HVAC systems and ensure compliance with all local codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC installation or maintenance
• Certified HVAC technician
• Knowledge of all aspects of HVAC systems, including repairs and troubleshooting
• Proficient in reading and interpreting HVAC system plans, diagrams, and blueprints
• US Work Authorization
