We are looking for an ambitious HVAC Installation Apprentice to join the Electrify My Home team in Vacaville, CA. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the installation of residential HVAC systems while ensuring safety protocols are adhered to. You will have the opportunity to be mentored and develop your skills in the field of HVAC installation and repair. Our competitive salary and benefits package includes 19-25 hourly pay, full-time hours, 4 4-day work week, and the chance to grow your career with a supportive team.

Compensation:

$19 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Learn HVAC installation techniques and adhere to safety standards.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of air conditioning and other HVAC systems.
• Assist with equipment inventory and the ordering of necessary parts and supplies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures for job completion and customer service.

Qualifications:

• US Work Authorization
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with standard HVAC installation tools and techniques.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and climb ladders or stairs with ease.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
