Perfix Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Person to become a part of our team! Perfix is looking for workers in Saint Helens, OR and the surrounding areas who are professional, proficient, efficient, and reliable to fill numerous work orders for our commercial clients. All applicants will be required to carry their own General Liability Insurance.

We are a preferred provider for our National Partners who utilize our hired contractors to work on many different projects for their commercial and retail clients. We are currently in several states and maintain the facilities of both retail and commercial properties including Amazon Warehouses, Walgreens, UPS, FedEx, Ross Stores, Walmart, Sam's Clubs, Fergusons, Burlington Stores, and Tractor Supply to name a few. Serious applicants will have strong maintenance and repair skills, a professional manner and commitment to excellence, and the ability to transition from one type of job to another with ease.

Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Must be able to accurately assess and price/bid jobs with necessary detail (labor, materials & required equipment, if applicable)
• Maintain a clean and a safe workspace
• Must own substantial set of maintenance person tools to complete projects such as: drywall repair/installation, light plumbing, light electrical, equipment repair, graffiti removal, painting, flooring, board-ups, pressure wash cleaning, and other misc. jobs.
• Must have reliable transportation (truck or van preferred) and a valid driver's license

• 5 years previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification (GED)
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Familiarity with operating lift equipment and other heavy equipment is a plus
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
