House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvements company specializing in both large and small jobs in the {name of city/town} area. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.

This position is for highly organized and customer centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman experience is an asset, but not required - basic construction skills are necessary. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast growing company. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

● Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.

● Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks

● Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service

● Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

● 2+ years of labor or customer service experience

● Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry

● Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems

● Friendly personality and committed to great customer service

● A strong work ethic and highly dependable

● Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools

● Driver's license is required

Handyman Responsibilities

● Completing jobs for customers using all of our equipment

● Organizing and managing equipment

● Cleaning the interior and exterior of the van

● Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service

● Invoicing and payment completion for every job

● Selling further services to customers

● Owning marketing around each job site

● Driving the van to and from each job

● Planning and managing the job site

● Navigating PIPEline to determine job details and communicate with customers

Compensation

Hourly: $25 - $35 /hour

Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
