Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Install fixtures such as toilets, sinks, light fixtures, and ceiling fans
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Ensure that all work meets safety standards

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
