Real Restoration Solutions is looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team. This is a hands-on position, and we need someone who is willing to do the work necessary to complete projects. Our ideal candidate has some knowledge of carpentry and painting. If you are physically fit, enjoy working on your own, and have a positive attitude, please apply.

Duties include:

• Repair and maintain equipment and tools
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on vehicles, machinery, equipment, and buildings
• Perform minor repairs or substitute for the job-carried out by others
• Repair or replace broken parts or systems on machines or products
• Repair or replace broken parts or systems on machines or products
• Repair electrical wiring, plumbing, heating and cooling systems
• Repair windows, doors, appliances, appliances repair (HVAC), plumbing (HVAC), etc.
• Install new appliances and fixtures in kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
• Install new HVAC Units and Windows in homes
• Install new appliances (e.g., refrigerators) in homes
• Install electrical wiring (e.g., light switches) in homes and businesses
• Install ceiling fans in homes and businesses
• Install ceiling fans (e.g., ceiling fans)
• Install ceiling lights (e.g., ceiling lights) in homes and businesses
• Install ceiling lights (e.g., ceiling lights) in restaurants and bars bars (HVAC)
• Installing flooring (e.g., tile) throughout homes and restaurants (HVAC)
• Installing flooring (e.g., tile) throughout homes restaurants (HVAC)
• Installing flooring (e.g., tile) throughout homes restaurants (HVAC)
• Installing flooring (e.g., tile) throughout homes restaurants (HVAC)

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
