Job Description

Brashear Construction Design is seeking a full-time Maintenance Person to join our team in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. This individual will be responsible for providing general construction and maintenance services to our clients.

• Must have the ability to estimate the project and type it up with accurate pricing.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must have a full set of tools.
• Must be able to work on your own without supervision as this position requires a variety of skills including but not limited to carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and more.
• Must be able to work independently and on a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have a basic understanding of basic carpentry and painting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications written in writing or verbal order to determine the necessary construction or maintenance tasks required for the construction or maintenance of any building or structure.
