Handyman
Looking for maintenance or handyman who is looking to make extra money by performing maintenance at a small apartment complex for ~4 hours a week. Hours are flexible as long as you work sometime between 9 AM to 5 PM to minimize disruption to residents. You You can work on any day of the week including the weekends.
The right individual must have their own General Liability Insurance. Being HVAC certified is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
