Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
- Install, repair, or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Repair or replace damaged drywall, flooring, or tiles
- Maintain and repair doors, windows, and locks
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as building shelves or cabinets
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

Experience:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair and maintenance techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
