STAY BONUS: All new hires will be rewarded for continued employment at the following intervals:

30 days of continued employment = $100.00 bonus

60 days of continued employment = $100.00 bonus

90 days of continued employment = $100.00 bonus

APPRECIATION BONUS: Valor Home Services is currently offer an Employee appreciation Bonus of $1.00 per hour for all hours worked in February and March (you must be employed through March to receive the bonus).

Who Are We?

We’re Valor Home Services. We started over 25 years ago – just a normal family-owned company doing flooring work. Over the years we built, expanded, and grew. Today we are market leaders who are DOMINATING the Metro East and Southern Illinois market with Bathroom Remodeling, Flooring Hardwood Refinishing, Handyman, … and more.

And we help others, too – we’re strong supporters of various charities providing financial contributions as well as conducting food and clothing drives.
