ALNA Management is looking for a HVAC Service Technician to join our team located in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. We own over 200 single family homes and are looking to bring in HVAC work in-house.

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of residential HVAC systems. Other duties include troubleshooting and repair of various equipment and appliances. Our systems include refrigeration, air conditioning, heating and other systems. You will be responsible for working on all types of systems including but not limited to:

• Installing new units and repairing units that have been damaged
• Repairing units that have been damaged or otherwise
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical problems on units
• Installing new refrigerants, replacing old refrigerants as needed, and installing new HVAC equipment (freezieoirents, air handlers, condensers etc.)

Our service technicians are highly trained and experienced; however, we also require high quality parts and service from our factory and independent contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic with a positive attitude. They should be able to work autonomously and efficiently with little supervision. Additionally, they should be a good communicator both within the company as well as with customers. The goal is to install and repair/fix HVAC systems in our rental properties.

Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC equipment (freezieonneads, air handlers etc.)
• Diagnose problems with existing HVAC systems or appliances to determine the need for repairs or replacements
• Conduct routine maintenance on heating equipment (e.g. furnace filters etc.)and ensure that they are cleaned on a regular basis
• Maintain accurate records on work performed and report any issues or defects to the supervisor or manager

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required – 1-2 years of experience in this field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; personal vehicle is required.

HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
