We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Lead Tech to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial properties. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with air conditioning systems.
• Test and inspect air conditioning systems for proper operation.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed when working on air conditioning systems.
• Provide technical support to customers and other staff members.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
