Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and heating systems
• Perform HVAC/R and appliance repairs as needed
• Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
• Drive a truck to various job sites for field service work
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment
• Perform equipment repairs, including boilers and refrigeration systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
• Experience in air conditioning, HVAC/R, or appliance repair
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
