Aspen Air & Mechanical Inc has been serving the Metro Denver area for more than 21 years.

Qualities we are looking for:
Minimum three (3) years' experience in HVAC
Minimum three (3) years sheet metal experience in HVAC (Installer)
Working knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and electronics
EPA approved Universal Technician Certification
A valid driver's license with no major or frequent traffic violations for a minimum of 3 years
Willingness to Learn and positive work ethic
Experience in various standard hydronic systems and high-efficient boilers
HVAC system installation and service (stand alone and vav systems)
Experience and understanding of control strategies and troubleshooting boiler/ HVAC systems
Interested in a career, not just a job, with the desire to succeed and excel at your trade.
Must be able to routinely access rooftops with extension and/or fixed ladders at heights of 15' to 20', possibly up to 50 feet
Demonstrate technical expertise and a high level of credibility
An Honest, self-starter who follows directions
Ability to pass background check requirements
Ability to work well with people on all levels
Demonstrate good customer service skills, communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and common-sense judgement
RESPONSIBILITIES
· In this role you will be a responsible HVAC Field Technicians who repair/retrofit/replace environment comfort systems by utilizing knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting and mechanical layouts
· HVAC Field Technician to balance the service agreements and quoted projects workload
· Diagnoses and repairs HVAC mechanical equipment
· Equipment start-ups
· Quality control inspections
· Technical trouble shooting and diagnostics
· Hold and retain relevant CFC universal license
· Inspect equipment to identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks
· Explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audience
DESIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS
Possess extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment and commercial high efficiency boilers
Knowledge of combustion analysis procedures
Knowledge of building automation controls systems
Knowledge of current plumbing/electrical/HVAC mechanical codes
Possess a Heating, A/C and/or Refrigerant license
Willing/Able to be on call on a rotating schedule
Own basic hand tools
