SERVICE TECHNICIAN – HVAC

Long-standing, Pleasanton-based company specializing in the sale, installation, and servicing of all types of heating and air conditioning systems needs a full-time service technician for year-round servicing and installation of HVAC equipment. If you like working independently, yet appreciate the security and support of a multi-million dollar family organization, you’ll love working here. We feature top pay in the industry ranging from $22-$55 per hour depending on your experience. There is virtually no turnover here among our quality techs and this position is only open due to customer growth. We respect your skills and overtime is plentiful.

To become an integral member of our team, you should have a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record and have your own tools. Our insurance company requires drug testing and background checking since you will be operating our company vehicles. You should have prior industry experience, although we have an apprenticeship program if you want to work hard and learn this trade. We have a wide service area from the Bay Area to the Central Valley, and occasional night and weekend work may be dictated based on our customer’s needs. If you are reliable and dependable, have a good work ethic, able to work independently within a team environment, give excellent customer service, and are proud of the work that you do, our company will be a good fit.
