Oh No Plumbing & Air Conditioning, LLC is here for all your Residential Plumbing and HVAC service needs. Are you an experienced and skilled Residential Plumbing/HVAC professional that is tired of being just a number or judged by your last sale? If so, Oh No Plumbing is looking for qualified Residential Plumbing/HVAC service technicians to work within a fast-paced environment and to grow with an industry leading home services company. This position will be located out of our West Valley location in Buckeye, AZ.

Successful candidates will be a skilled problem solver, well organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize duties.

Overview of Duties – HVAC Service Techs

  • Diagnose residential HVAC Systems
  • Repair/Replace all components within the HVAC system
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, quality, and proactive improvement
  • Responsible for OSHA safety regulations in field operations
  • Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed
  • Ability to work in tight spaces like the attic or crawlspace of a home
  • Ability to work safely at various heights
  • Possess or have the ability to obtain EPA certification
  • Understand how to work with the necessary tools of an HVAC technician (Torches, Refrigerate gages, Leak Detection equipment and electrical testing equipment)
  • 1-3 years of residential plumbing/drain and HVAC experience
  • Exceptional customer-services skills
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Must have a “can-do” attitude
  • Knowledge of Housecall Pro or similar home-service software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
  • Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and best practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing/HVAC issues
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States
