Responsibilities*

• Perform regular maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs on a diverse range of commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
• Conduct maintenance activities on various HVAC equipment, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, rooftop units, refrigerant systems, and other related components.
• Ensure the delivery of a high-quality customer experience by providing exceptional service and resolving customer concerns effectively.
• Assist in training and mentoring other Service Technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance and skill development.

• Possession of a valid SST (Specialized Skills Training) certification
• Possession of an EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• Must have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing boilers, chillers, cooling towers, rooftop units, refrigerant systems, and other HVAC equipment.
• Prior experience in refrigeration is desired
• Must pass a background screening
• Experienced in the HVAC field with 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
