Overview:

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Hi Tech is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service team. Technicians are paid hourly plus bonus. Our technician's are making an average annual pay of $90,000 to $150,000

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Present options on new HVAC units
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS

Qualifications:

What YOU will bring:

• 1-5 Years HVAC service experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid drivers’ license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors
