2. RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES FOR HVAC / PLUMBING FIELD SUPERVISOR - We are seeking an experienced multi-faceted HVAC / Plumbing Field Supervisor who wants to be part of a winning team to provide outstanding service to our customers. On as needed basis, travel will be required to customer sites principally located in the following areas: North Jersey (HUDSON, BERGEN, ESSEX, UNION, MORRIS, SOMERSET, HUNTERDON), Central Jersey (MONMOUTH, MERCER, MIDDLESEX) and South Jersey (OCEAN, BURLINGTON). We have an employee-friendly travel policy.

3. EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS FOR HVAC / PLUMBING FIELD SUPERVISOR - The HVAC / Plumbing Field Supervisor candidate would need to have a minimum of 10 years of HVAC / Plumbing service/maintenance experience with commercial heating/cooling/plumbing systems. You must have service/maintenance experience with boiler systems, rooftop packages, outdoor reset and control systems, ductless mini-split systems, water and air-cooled chiller systems, and heat pump systems. Any electrical experience, especially with Electric Vehicle Chargers or Standby Generator Systems, is a big plus. We have long standing relationships with large customers, and require that the HVAC / Plumbing Field Supervisor candidate have excellent customer service and communication skills. The HVAC / Plumbing Field Supervisor candidate must be detail oriented, work with very little supervision, willing to accept responsibility, and have good ability to work with smart phones and tablets. The HVAC / Plumbing Field Supervisor candidate MUST have the ability to provide emergency on-call service after-hours and over the weekend on a rotational basis. The HVAC / Plumbing Field Supervisor candidate must be able to pass (A) a Pre-Employment Drug Screening Test, (B) Pre-Employment Background Check and (C) Pre-Employment Motor Vehicle Driving Record Assessment.
