HVAC Manager
We're hiring for a Residential HVAC Manager! Come join our growing team as we build the best service companies in the country using our technology!
With our pay structure, you can expect to bring in $100K and $150K per year. This includes a base of $100K as well as a significant bonus opportunity.
You will be responsible for managing a team providing HVAC Installations and Service Repairs. for homeowners. You'll ensure that the team is meeting all their HVAC service requests and installs, and ensuring customers receive outstanding customer service!
- 10+ years of HVAC Management Experience
- Comfortable performing independent installations and repairs while delivering the highest standards of craftsmanship and cleanliness
- Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
- Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians on complex HVAC issues
