HVAC Maintenance Technician ll-North Kansas City, MO
Landmark Realty, LLC is a nationally owned and operated property management company. We are based out of San Francisco and manage 6,00+ units across multiple states, including California, New Mexico, Kansas Missouri, and Illinois. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Performs general mechanic repairs and replacements (appliances, HVAC units, plumbing, and carpentry work)
- Completes general labor tasks and other duties as assigned
- Have your own tools to complete all necessary repairs
- Handles designated work orders and service requests in a timely manner
- Assists in maintaining a clean and orderly shop
- Knows when to escalate maintenance issues to management
- Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors
- Minimum of 2-year maintenance experience, apartment maintenance experience preferred or relevant experience
- HVAC experience required
- Display proficiency while performing day-to-day tasks, preventative maintenance, and work orders
- Must be team-oriented, dependable, resourceful, flexible, and results-driven
- Must be well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
