• Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems
• Ability to work hard and to work smart, balancing attention to detail with productivity. Self- motivated.
• Valid driver's license - we provide an installation vehicle
• Basic understanding of building, mechanical, and fuel gas codes
• Be capable of completing an HVAC installation or replacement without direct supervision
• Be familiar with all HVAC components and their operation/function
• Good communication skills with customers and coworkers
• Advanced knowledge and skills with power and hand tools
• High level of honesty and integrity
• Legal ability to work in U.S. with required documentation
