Chipset21 is a family owned and operated HVAC and Refrigeration company located in Virginia Beach, VA. We are a small business, but we take pride in our work and strive to provide the best service to our customers.

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to install residential and commercial ventilation systems. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining equipment and supplies, as well as troubleshooting problems for our services. An excellent HVAC installer must have a great work ethic, be reliable, have great customer service skills, and be able to work independently. The goal is to contribute to the efficient installation of our services so that we can improve customer satisfaction and profitability.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
• Good driving record
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
• Willingness to comply with all safety rules and regulations as well as use proper tools (e.g., safety goggles)
• Experience in this field is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment or knowledge of HVAC systems and practices is a plus!
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent mechanical aptitude (e.g., for identifying problems with systems, installing new components etc.)
• Knowledge of refrigeration principles and ability to install refrigerants (e.g. ammonia refrigeration)
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions including heat & humidity
