Carrano Air provides heating and cooling solutions and repairs for homes and businesses in the Central NJ area. Compensation

• $60,000 - $85,000 Average Annual Pay (based on experience)
• Base Pay + Performance-Based Bonuses!
• $5000 sign-on bonus - Based on experience

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment in customers’ homes
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle a physical workload of at least 50 LBS

• 5+ years of installation experience in HVAC
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Must be available for overtime
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Install equipment in all types of weather
• Universal EPA certification
• Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
• Ability to climb 40’ extension ladder
• NATE Certification Preferred
• Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
