With over 20 years of service in the Charleston metro, Fix-It 24/7 (formerly AirMAX) delivers world-class plumbing and HVAC services throughout the Charleston Area. The Opportunity

Our experienced HVAC Installation Leads serve our customers throughout the Charleston area. We're looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. Compensation & Benefits

  • On Target Earnings: $75,000-115,000
  • Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 2 weeks PTO

Responsibilities

  • Service customer homes within the Charleston metro
  • Install HVAC and ancillary systems in customer homes including:
    • Furnaces
    • A/C Systems
    • Ductwork
    • Humidifiers
    • Water Heaters
  • Work alongside and coach HVAC Install Apprentices

Preferred Qualifications


  • Photographs of prior installation work preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Prior experience developing an Apprentice

Requirements
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC Installation experience
  • Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. regularly over the course of the workday
