Foreman
We are looking for a HVAC Foreman to join our rapidly growing company. In order to apply, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications below.

Responsibilities for HVAC Foreman
● Take charge of the entire HVAC project, overseeing all aspects of installation from beginning to end.

● Lead and supervise a team of HVAC Leadman, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

● Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.

● Monitor project progress, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.

● Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

● Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and develop effective solutions.

● Ensure that all necessary equipment, tools, and materials are available for the project.

● Utilize computer skills to manage and track project progress, including workforce allocation and subcontractor coordination, using the company-issued iPad.

● Enforce and promote safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment, following OSHA guidelines and regulations.

● Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or challenges.

● Stay updated with industry advancements, regulations, and best practices, and apply them to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications for HVAC Foreman
● 6-10 years of HVAC experience, with at least 3 years in multi-family projects.

● Proven experience in managing HVAC installations from start to finish.

● Valid OSHA 30, forklift, scissor lift, and rigging certifications.

● Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

● Proficiency in using computers and technology for project management and communication.

● Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

● Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and effectively prioritize tasks.

● Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Centennial, CO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• HVAC: 4 years (Preferred)
• Multi-Family: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• OSHA 30 (Preferred)
• Forklift Certification (Preferred)
