Job Description
HVAC FIELD SUPERVISOR
HVAC RESIDENTIAL INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR - EARN $45 - $50/hr, BASED ON EXPERIENCE - OVERTIME AND A COMPANY VEHICLE PROVIDED.
The HVAC Supervisor oversees the installation and many aspects of new HVAC systems. Ensure the work is completed to manufacturers and company standards. Adhere to established safety procedures, while providing leadership and guidance to the team to allow them to work efficiently while holding them accountable.
Typical Work Hours: Typical hours 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Additional hours as necessary, including weekends, during peak periods.
HVAC Installation Supervisor Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate of an HVAC technical school and a minimum of 10 years experience in HVAC industry
- Excellent knowledge of all phases on HVAC equipment installations including Hydronic and Steam Boilers as well as knowing current building and mechanical codes
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems
- Must know Air flow and Ductwork theory
- Experience supervising field technicians
- Experience leading teams to success while holding the team accountable
- Believe in the Value of Teamwork and Accountability
- Follows company processes and procedures
- Understands business and financial principles
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to everyday challenges
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Must have good computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Preference given to candidates with current New Jersey Master HVAC/R Contractor license.
- Clean driving record
- Able to work Saturdays when needed and/or available to communicate after hours
