Responsibilities and Expectations of this Premier Position:

- High experience in overall maintenance of properties ranging from apartments to singe family residential homes. This includes full cleaning to showing and move in ready, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and other repairs of systems or items fixed as part of the unit or home.

- Leader in the field amongst General Maintenance Technician I employees and a proven role model on professionalism, work quality and attention to detail, and proper people etiquette and respectful treatment of others
- Perform general maintenance tasks in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance requests and resolving issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot problems with electrical systems, both low voltage and high voltage.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of electrical components, such as switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.
- Collaborate with other team members to fabricate and install electrical systems as needed.
- Perform field service work, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs at client locations.

- Understands and has proven the ability to handle workorders distributed, document work performed using computers, tablets, or phones and when necessary free handwriting on paperwork If needed

· Turns in all paperwork and expense receipts in on time (same day) and through the right distribution channel so that the company controls process is not hindered, and customer service is not sacrificed by tenants or landlords/owners not receiving the necessary paperwork promptly.

· Proven ability to communicate with tenants at properties professionally and clearly so that they may understand the situation at hand and can have clear information on what it takes to complete repairs or maintenance.

· Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance requests and resolving issues.

· Leader in the field amongst General Maintenance Technician I employees and a proven role model on professionalism, work quality and attention to detail, and proper people etiquette and respectful treatment of others

· Be able to promptly address any additional concerns that may arise while on site at a property and make the appropriate repair as needed within the limits or understand process to get approval
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Strong Knowledge in general carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs or install
- Ability to analyze and diagnose electrical issues accurately.
- Proficient in fabricating and installing electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address maintenance requests effectively.
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Familiarity with field service work and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
