Sonoran, A Kleen-Tech Company, is currently hiring an experienced Full-Time Maintenance Tech in the Phoenix area.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist in a variety of indoor and outdoor tasks under the guidance of the maintenance Manager. These tasks may include securely resetting signposts in concrete, skillfully concealing graffiti, and other related duties
• Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits
• Keep work area and equipment clean
• Maintain a schedule for tasks and duties.
• Handyman duties includes but not limited to: Minor touch up painting, electric ,plumbing, drywall duties
• Interior and exterior painting
• Responsible for proper setup and paint mixture
• Pressure clean sidewalks, catwalks, and pool decks
• Assist janitorial staff as needed
• Litter pick throughout community
• Maintain electrical appliances in a safe manner to ensure that hazards are not created.
• Experience driving with a trailer.

Schedule:

• Monday -Friday
• Day shift (Availability from 7:00AM-4PM hours may vary.)

• Must have valid drivers license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have 2 years maintenance experience
• Must be able to have schedule flexibility
• Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs or more
• Must have a good work ethic, positive attitude and work well with others
