Our Surface Care Team is looking for a dedicated Floor Technician who will be directly responsible for providing our clients with world class commercial flooring maintenance and customer service.

Our starting wage is $19 to $23 per hour, depending on your previous experience!, plus a $500 sign on bonus! We also offer great benefits, an incredible training program, and tons of opportunities to advance as you learn more skills and grow with us!

Your day to day will include:

• Floor maintenance of commercial facilities.
• Specific jobs and tasks as directed by Crew Leader, Night Supervisor or Operations Manager.
• Work directly with the Crew Leader, Night Supervisor and Operations Manager in quality assurance and notify them of any work-related problems.
• Clean equipment daily. Keep the equipment neat and orderly at all times.
• Attend and participate in all required Maintenance Team meetings.

• 2+ years of previous experience in a manual or labor-intensive role
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Bilingual is a huge plus! (but not required)
